The website provides information about the congress and allows users to request a prebooking. The advance payment is credited towards the subsequent final booking under the Prebooking Terms and Conditions. It does not in itself constitute a booking for accommodation, transport, activities or a confirmed place in any specific service.

Before entering into a contract, users can consult the financial terms, payment process and their rights as contracting parties. Browsing the website does not constitute entering into a contract or consenting to advertising.

3. Use of the website

Users must use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when submitting a request. Impersonating others, accessing other people's information, interfering with systems or infringing third-party rights is prohibited.

The organiser may carry out maintenance and update information while honouring existing contractual commitments. Changes to content do not retroactively alter the terms of earlier orders.

Rights in the texts, images, designs, trademarks, logos and software belong to their respective owners. Access does not grant a licence to exploit them. Uses permitted by law are allowed; other uses require authorisation from the relevant rights holder.

The organiser takes measures to maintain the availability and security of the website and to correct errors. Interruptions or links to third parties do not exclude any liability imposed by law. When accessing an external service, its terms and data protection information also apply.

The Privacy Notice explains how personal data are processed and how to exercise your rights. The Cookies Policy identifies the technologies used and their purposes. Both documents are available from the website footer.

7. Enquiries and applicable law

You may contact Skål Club de Cádiz by email or at the address given above. Spanish law applies, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protection afforded to them by the law of their habitual residence. Jurisdiction is determined under the applicable rules, without requiring consumers to waive their right to the competent court.
