Skål International Cádiz invites the global Skål community to meet in one of Europe's oldest cities. Cádiz 2027 will combine the official work of Skål International with professional exchange, business opportunities and a memorable cultural experience. Our ambition is to deliver an exemplary, welcoming and accessible congress that strengthens cooperation between people, clubs and destinations.
People who make their prebooking during the Skål International World Congress in South Africa will receive personalised priority assistance from the Cádiz 2027 team.
Until the definitive website is published on 31 January 2027, we will help them prepare their participation, learn about the different travel options and resolve questions about registration, connections, visas, ETIAS, accommodation, and the pre-congress and post-congress programmes.
They will also be able to tell us their preferences so that we can begin studying proposals adapted to their tastes and needs.

The prebooking is the first step towards participating in Cádiz 2027, but it does not yet constitute the definitive registration.
Those who make their prebooking during the World Congress in South Africa will receive personalised priority assistance until the definitive website opens. Our team will help them with registration, travel, connections, visas and the different participation options.
The prebooking costs €155, the final price with taxes and management fees included. No surcharge will be added when completing the payment.
Payment is made through Stripe's secure payment gateway, which accepts major credit and debit cards and offers different payment methods depending on the country and device used.
Yes. The prebooking amount will be deducted from the definitive booking, in accordance with the conditions and deadlines published when registration officially opens.
After the payment is authorised, you will receive confirmation and the transaction reference by email.
The definitive website will be published on 31 January 2027. It will include the full programme, registration options, rates, accommodation, activities and participation conditions.
The information will be available in Spanish, English, French and German.
Yes. Cádiz 2027 is organised in three stages: pre-congress, World Congress and post-congress. Participation options and possible combinations will be detailed on the definitive website.
Our team can guide you in choosing the option that best suits your dates, preferences and needs.
Yes. We can design tailored programmes for individual participants, companions, clubs and groups wishing to combine Cádiz and its province with other destinations in Spain.
The proposal will be prepared according to the place of origin, available dates, length of the trip and each participant's interests. These programmes will be optional and quoted separately.
Yes. We will provide personalised guidance to those who need a visa or, where applicable, ETIAS travel authorisation. We will also provide any congress documentation required once registration has been formalised.
The application and final decision always rest with the competent authorities, so the organisation cannot guarantee approval.
The definitive registration will allow you to indicate mobility and accessibility needs, dietary preferences, allergies and other circumstances we should know about.
